Since meeting Len in 2001 my life has changed dramatically for the better.  Once thought to be permanently sidelined by a series of sports injuries I have found myself able to return to athletics with renewed vigour thanks to Len’s support and direction.  Mine is not an isolated case as more than a dozen referrals I have sent to him over the years have experienced similar results!
